The Best German Apple Coffee Cake

This recipe came from my Grandma... Whenever I make this it is gone before the night is over.

Ingredients

• 4  apples
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon
• 2  cups sugar
• 5  teaspoons sugar
• 3  cups flour
• 1  cup  oil
• 1⁄2 cup  orange juice
• 4  eggs
• 3  teaspoons baking powder
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. Slice 4 apples
2. mix with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 5 teaspoons sugar.
3. Batter-.
4. Mix the remaining ingredients.
5. in a greased tube pan alternate batter with apples.
6. Beginning and ending with batter.
7. 350, for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
