The Best Ever Sweet Potato Casserole

We make this every Thanksgiving and everyone loves it. Beware, this is very sweet, but utterly delicious!

• Serves: 5-6

Ingredients

• 3  cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 2  eggs, beaten
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
• 1⁄3 cup milk
• 1 1⁄2-2  cups mini marshmallows

• Topping

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄3 cup flour
• 1  cup  chopped pecans
• 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
• 1 1⁄2-2  cups mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Mix casserole ingredients together.
2. Stir in mini marshmallows.
3. Spread mixture into a 13x9" pan.
4. Mix together the topping ingredients minus the marshmallows.
5. Spread the topping evenly over the potato layer.
6. Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over the topping.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until warmed throughout and marshmallows are lightly browned.
