Ingredients
- 60 ounces chicken broth
- 6 chicken legs
- 2 large idaho potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 4 large mushrooms (cut thin)
- 1 large onion (cut thin)
- 1⁄8 cup diced scallion
- 1⁄8 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 dash basil
- 1 dash oregano
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Puree potatoes in blender with chicken broth.
- Pour broth into large pot.
- Place all remaining ingridients in pot.
- Cook until boiling.
- Let boil for five minutes.
- Place heat on low for 1/5- 2 hours.
- Enjoy.
