Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces in a gallon freezer bag.
- Freeze and pull out later, or pour over frozen chicken and let marinate while it thaws.
- Cook as desired.
