The Best (And Easy!) Potato Kugel

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with the oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs well before stirring in the rest of the ingredients in the order given.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour.
  6. Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
