Thanksgiving Turkey Meatloaf

A delicious optical illusion turning meatloaf into a Thanksgiving centerpiece.

  1. to make the meatloaf:
  2. In a bowl, combine seasoned stuffing, milk, eggs; stir then add diced onions, diced celery, shredded carrots, chopped sage, rosemary, salt, and black pepper; then add ground turkey and mix.
  3. Form the shape of a turkey (its body, wings, legs) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. to make the sauce:
  5. In a small bowl, combine the canned cranberries, ketchup, hot sauce, chopped rosemary and sage.
  6. Apply a thick coating of the sauce over the turkey-shaped meatloaf.
  7. Bake 375°F for 50 minutes.
  8. Garnish/decorate with anything Thanksgiving-like such as lemons, sage leaves, whole rosemary, fresh or frozen cranberries.
