Thanksgiving Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs medium potatoes (peeled and Quartered)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Cook Potatoes and mash with butter.
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream and salt until light and fluffy. Add potatoes and chives and stir.
- Cooked in greased 9x13 dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
