Thanksgiving Cranberry Wine Sauce

An old family favorite for Thanksgiving ham or turkey.

Directions

  1. Bring berries, sugar& wine to boil.
  2. Cook 5-7 minutes or until berries' skins pop.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water and stir into cranberry mixture.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal with lids.
  6. Serve warm sauce with pork or poultry.
