Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup tamarind pulp
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup mint leaf
- 1⁄2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon rock salt
- 2 tablespoons bundi
- 2 tablespoons crushed ice
- salt
Directions
- Soak tamarind in warm water for 1 hour.
- Add sugar.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- Grind in a mixer.
- Strain.
- Add mint leaves, corriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, rock salt and salt.
- Grind again.
- Remove.
- Store refrigerated.
- Take 3 tbsps.
- of this mixture.
- Put it in a tall glass with crushed ice in it.
- Add cold water.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with bundi.
- Serve absolutely chilled.
