Thailand Marinade

You can use this marinade on any meat! It always turns out great.<><

• Ready In: 2 hrs
• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• Dry Mix

• 2  cups sugar
• 1⁄2 cup salt
• 1⁄2 cup garlic powder
• 1⁄4 cup black pepper

• To Marinade

• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1  cup water

Directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients well.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To use:
4. Mix 1/4 cup of dry mix, 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 cup water.
5. Soak at least 2 hours.
