Ingredients
- 12 dried red chilies, soaked and chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3⁄4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground galangal
- 1⁄4 bunch cilantro
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1⁄4 cup chopped shallot
- 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Directions
- Process all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
