Thai Tuna Wraps

I absolutely LOVE the Thai Tuna Wraps from Starbuck's, but it just kills me to pay $6.99 for a little wrap. Here is a version I made. *Cooking time is chilling time.

• Serves: 4
• Yields: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

• 4  cheese flavoured flour tortillas
• 1⁄4 cup  shredded carrot
• 2 (170 g) cans tuna, packed in water
• 1 (250 g) package  uncle ben's bistro express pre-cooked basmati rice
• 3  tablespoons  sliced green onions
• 3  tablespoons  Thai sweet chili sauce
• 2  tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1  dash  garlic salt
• 1  dash ground pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients (except wraps) in a bowl.
2. Once thoroughly combined, spoon 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla wrap.
3. Wrap like a burrito.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and enjoy!
