Thai Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine or 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl.
- Toss the peanut sauce with the hot cooked pasta and serve immediately.
