Thai Curry Sauce (Diabetic Friendly) (Sugarless)

Ingredients
- 4 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lime peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Chop all ingredients finely; add to blender; blend until smooth.
- Store in airtight container; will last about 2 weeks in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.
