Thai Coconut Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 1  pint  lump or jumbo  crabmeat, picked over for shells and cartilage
  • 12 small  white onion, finely chopped
  • 12 small green pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 small  red pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 small  yellow pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 teaspoon  minced garlic
  • 3  tablespoons lime juice or 3  tablespoons  just from 3 limes
  • 14 cup  chopped cilantro
  • 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup coconut milk
  •  salt & freshly ground black pepper
  •  sliced tomatoes, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium non-reactive bowl. Serve immediately.
