Thai Chicken Spread

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 5 bunches green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons red chili-garlic sauce
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Saute chicken until no longer pink, then chop when cool enough to handle.
- (I use my indoor grill or precooked fajita strips work great, too) Mix all ingredients and serve with crackers.
