Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This is a great Thai recipe because it only has one semi-specialty ingredient, the Thai chili sauce, and it's not very expensive. I found it at the grocery store in my rural town, so I know it will be at your store! It's so, so good. Don't be tempted to leave out the raisins, because they really make it! Show more

  1. Heat oil in pan and then brown ground chicken and onion with salt and pepper over medium-high heat.
  2. Add raisins and peanuts.
  3. Stir in Thai Chili Sauce. Heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro, if using.
  5. Pull off washed lettuce leaves and fill with Thai chicken mixture.
  6. Enjoy!
