Texas Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (14 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into baking pan.
- Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and top potato mix.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
