Texas Dry Rub

Perfect For beef, but good an anything. I always double or triple this recipe. I use it so much.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons paprika
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1  tablespoon chili powder
• 1  tablespoon kosher salt (or sea salt)
• 1  tablespoon fresh ground pepper
• 2  teaspoons garlic granules
• 2  teaspoons  granulated onion
• 1  teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Store in a air tight jar.
