Tex-Mex Taco Dinner

From Kraft. Sour cream can be used as a topping.

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  extra lean ground beef
  • 1  tablespoon chili powder
  • 1  cup chicken broth
  • 1  cup water
  • 2  cups  instant rice, uncooked
  • 12 cup  Cheez Whiz, cheese dip
  • 2  cups  shredded lettuce
  • 1  large tomatoes, chopped

Directions

  1. Brown meat in large skillet.
  2. Add chili powder, broth and water; stir. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice and Cheez Whiz; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
