Tex-Mex Style Chili

Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large onions
- 10 garlic cloves
- 10 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 10 ounces cooked kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- brown the meat in a large stock pot. drain off half the fat. add salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, paprika, cumin, onions and garlic. when onions are cooked, add tomatoes and juice. cook until chili is thickened. add beans and cook an additional 10 minutes.
