Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chunky style salsa
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, undrained
Directions
- In large skillet, brown chops in oil on one side, about two minutes.
- Turn chops; add salsa and chilies.
- Lower heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
