Tex-Mex Chili Cheese Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Brown and drain meat.
- Add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
- Bring to a boil, stir in rice and velveeta.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir until well blended.
