  1. In large skillet on medium high heat, brown the ground turkey burger in canola oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and cook until tender.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Add cans of stewed tomatoes and drained beans.
  5. Bring mixture to light boil and reduce to simmer.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with garnish or toppings as desired (such as cheese or sour cream).
