Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin, to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot Mexican chili powder, to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cilantro, to taste
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix soup, with salsa, sour cream, and spices in bowl.
- Place chicken in a 13x9in baking dish, top with cheese mixture and bake at 350*F for 45-60 minutes.
