Tex-Mex Burgers

Yields: 4 hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs  ground chuck
  • 1  egg (optional)
  • 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  •  deli-prepared  guacamole
  •  sliced  jalapeno pepper (for topping)
  •  lettuce (optional)
  •  tomatoes, slices (optional)
  •  onion, slices (optional)
  •  pickle, slices (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Spread some guacamole, and jalapeno peppers on each bun.
