Tex-Mex Bean Dip (Vegan!!)

Ingredients
- 2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Boca meatless ground burger
- 1 cup salsa
- 1⁄2 cup corn
- 1⁄2 cup vegan sour cream (Tofutti)
- 1⁄2 cup vegan shredded cheddar cheese (Daiya)
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- chili pepper
Directions
- Place the beans in a bowl and mash until desired smoothness. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave, if desired, to melt the cheese.
- Enjoy with chips, or place on whole wheat tortillas for a healthy wrap!
