Teriyaki Tri-Tip

Ingredients
- 3 -5 lbs tri-tip roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 4 -6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Freezer bag.
- Marinate Tri tip for at least 24 hours.
- Cut Tri tip into steaks and grill.
