Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
- 3 lbs top round steaks
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, ground
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
Directions
- Place steak in a shallow pan -
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak and marinate 4 or 5 hours.
- grill or broil until desired doneness and serve with rice.
