Teriyaki Sauce

This recipe came from an Hawain gentleman while I was in the check out line at a local Japanese market.

Ingredients

•  dark soy sauce
•  brown sugar
•  sake

Directions

1. Mix together equal parts.
2. Bring to simmer.
3. Stir remove from heat.
4. Let cool.
5. Enjoy.
