Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Directions
- In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together and let the sauce stand for at least 1 hour before using, so that the flavor blend.
