Teriyaki Sauce

An excellent marinade for beef, chicken, or pork. Let meat marinade in sauce overnight for best results.

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons  rice wine vinegar
• 2  garlic cloves, crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, grated
• 3  teaspoons sugar, heaping

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place meat in ziploc bag with marinade overnight for best results.
3. Brush remaining sauce on top of meats while cooking.
