Teriyaki Sauce

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups sake
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small gingerroot, peeled
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a small pot, mix and simmer for about an hour or until it thickens.
- NOTE: this sauce is easily burnt so make sure you use the smallest flame you have and mix it ocassionally.
