Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- 60 g caster sugar
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml mirin
- 4 (250 g) salmon fillets
Directions
- Combine Ingredients and Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Put Liquid in jug and microwave until hot, about 2 minutes.
- Grill Salmon in oven on foil, skin side up. Put a 2 shelves down from elements to avoid burning skin before it is cooked. Cooks in about 5 minutes.
- Serve with Rice.
