Teriyaki Marinated Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 lb large scallops
- 1⁄2 lb bacon (not maple flavored)
Marinade
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup tomato juice
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Directions
- Marinade scallops overnight.
- Preheat oven 400F degrees.
- Drain scallops& reserve marinade.
- Wrap scallops in bacon strips and fasten w/ toothpick.
- Bake 10-15 minutes.
- Take reserve marinade and boil for 1 minute.
- Serve sauce on the side.
