Teriyaki Chicken Salad

I serve this delicious salad arranged on individual plates or in a large rectangular serving dish with the individual ingredients arranged in artful rows atop the lettuce. It will make as much as you want. The time excludes marinating. Show more

  1. Marinate chicken tenders in teriyaki sauce(or you can baste them while cooking). You could also use skinless, boneless chicken breasts that have been halved horizontally
  2. Tear up lettuce and put on a salad plate.
  3. Add a garnish of Chinese noodles, mandarin oranges, alfalfa sprouts arranged in thirds around the plate.
  4. Broil or grill the chicken. Slice it on the diagonal.
  5. Top the salad with strips of chicken.
  6. Serve with raspberry dressing - just add jam to ranch dressing to taste. Or use your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.
