Teriyaki Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- lettuce
- chinese noodles
- mandarin orange
- alfalfa sprout
- chicken
- teriyaki sauce
- raspberry jam
- ranch dressing
Directions
- Marinate chicken tenders in teriyaki sauce(or you can baste them while cooking). You could also use skinless, boneless chicken breasts that have been halved horizontally
- Tear up lettuce and put on a salad plate.
- Add a garnish of Chinese noodles, mandarin oranges, alfalfa sprouts arranged in thirds around the plate.
- Broil or grill the chicken. Slice it on the diagonal.
- Top the salad with strips of chicken.
- Serve with raspberry dressing - just add jam to ranch dressing to taste. Or use your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.
