Teriyaki Chicken - OAMC

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 -3 lbs raw chicken
Directions
- Mix all together in freezer bag.
- Mark and freeze.
- Mealtime: Defrost and cook in marinade in frying pan or grill.
- Serve with steamed veggies and rice.
