  1. Cut up frying chicken into bite-sized chunks and brown lightly.
  2. Add chunk-style pineapple with juice and 1/2 bottle teriyaki sauce, (Use less if too salty).
  3. Add chopped celery, green pepper, chopped onion, and sliced mushrooms.
  4. Simmer until chicken is tender.
  5. Add cornstarch to thicken for gravy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
