Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

Perfect summer backyard supper. Fun and delicious. Needs to marinate at least 4 hours.

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients; toss with the beef cubes.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  3. Drain beef-save marinade.
  4. Thread meat, pineapple, and vegetables on skewers.
  5. Grill over hot coals 15 minutes, or to desired doneness.
  6. Heat marinade to boiling for several minutes; serve with kabobs.
