Teri's Grandmother's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 slices soft bread
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix all but the last three ingredients together.
- Mix last three ingredients (bread, milk & eggs) in blender, add to meat and mix well.
- Shape into a loaf.
- Cook in oven for 1 hour on 350°.
- NOTE: May decrease meat by 25% if desired, and may use all ground beef instead of 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork.
