Teriayki Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons crushed fresh ginger
- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions
- Peel ginger and slice against grain into very thin slices. Place in garlic press and crush. Crush garlic and mix all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag. Zip and mix well.
- Add chicken and merinade for several hours turning several times. If you use skin on thighs marinade overnight.
- Place on grill and cook through. Cooking time will vary subject to method and meat chosen.
