Tequila Sunrise Marinated Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 4 (7 ounce)  sea bass fillets (about 7 ounces each)
  • 4  ounces  tequila
  • 1 12 cups  orange juice
  • 8  dashes  grenadine

Directions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining the tequila, orange juice and grenadine.
  2. Marinate seabass filets for 2 hours.
  3. Grill over a hot flame 5 minutes on each side.
