Tequila-Lime Salsa Fresca

Not sure where I got this recipe, had it for several years. The use of Tequila-lime vinegar is what makes it unique.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  cup roma tomato, chopped
• 1  cup  white onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup  poblano peppers or 1⁄2 cup anaheim chilies or 1⁄2 cup cubanelle pepper
• 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄4 cup  tequila-lime vinegar

Directions

1. Chop and combine all ingredients.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Serve with corn chips or as garnish.
