Tender Pie Crust

Yields: 1 crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄3 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 -5 tablespoons water
Directions
- Cut shortning and flour and salt together with a pastry blender.
- Add water gradually until mixture sticks together and forms a ball.
- Roll out on a slightly floured board.
- Use for favorite pie!
- Note: Prick the bottom of the crust if you are blind baking and bake at 400 degrees.
