I love this simple chicken recipe. It tastes wonderful as the main course at dinner or I make up a batch and put it in the refridgerator for quick and easy meals during the week.   1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth over the chicken. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until liquid runs clear.
