Tender Crock Pot Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can healthy low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup water
- pepper
Directions
- I use the cooking bags to save clean up time and save the food from burning to the sides of the pot. Place the potato slices in the bottom, layer the onions on top of the potatoes. sprinkle with half of the onion powder, garlic powder, and desired pepper.
- Spread half of the undiluted soup over the onions. Place the pork chops on top of the soup. sprinkle the chhops with the remaining seasonings and spread with the remaining undiluted soup. Pour the water over all and cover.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 on low.
