Tempra Chicken

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 big onions, sliced thinly
- 6 green chilies, sliced into 2
- 14 garlic cloves, slicely thinly length-wise
Marinade for chicken
- 2 tablespoons back soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- white pepper
- 50 ml water
Directions
- Marinade chicken in prepared sauce.
- Heat pan. When hot, put in 5 tbsp oil and fry sliced onions and garlic.
- Add chicken only. Keep remaining marinade sauce.
- Add sauce and marinade sauce. Cover to cook over medium or low heat.
- Uncover and add chili to cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
