Tempered Rice With Coriander Leaves

Ingredients
- 2 cups left-over cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin seed
- 7 -8 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt
- 1⁄2 cup coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons peanuts
Directions
- De-stem the green chillies.
- Chop finely.
- Chop corriander leaves finely as well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and peanuts.
- Saute well.
- Add rice.
- Season and miz well.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
