Teenagers Dream Cheesecake

This is a family favorite. New York style cheesecake with a yummy Oreo cookie crust. Found this recipe in Sunset around 30 years ago. TIP: If you whirl the cream cheese mixture in a food processor, the filling will be thin enough to allow the cookies to float to the top. If prepared with a mixer, filling will keep the cookies in place. Show more
