Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Chop onion.
- In a large saucepan, put ketchup, water and chili powder in and cook on medium about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet and season with salt, pepper and dry mustard.
- Drain meat and add to saucepan.
- Cook on medium 20 minutes or until the sauce is absorbed and the mixture clumps together.
